GTCO CalComp Announces New Warranty Program for Large Format Scanners

On-Site Service Warranty Extended to Two Years on New ScanPlus IV Scanners

October 11, 2004 – The GTCO CalComp ScanPlus IV Warranty program has been improved to a two year on-site warranty for US shipments. Customers are now covered for up to 2 years from the date of purchase for their large format scanners, providing peace of mind and protection for their investment. This warranty change applies to products purchased after October 1, 2004.

"The ScanPlus IV series provides a broad range of large format scanners to meet the needs our GIS, Reprographic, and CAD customers,” states Bill Mitchell, Product Manager - Scanners for GTCO CalComp. “By improving our on-site warranty to two years, our customers will receive even greater value for their investment."

The ScanPlus IV series of scanners are available in sizes from 25” to 54” wide. The ScanPlus IV series offers systems ranging from 600 to 2400 dpi to meet a variety of application requirements. Color and monochrome models are available with prices starting as low as $8,900.

Extended Service Contracts for GTCO CalComp ScanPlus IV series scanners will also remain available, providing customers with service options for future years as well.
